1. ECHO ( or reflection )
A signal which has been reflected at one or more points during the transmission with sufficient magnitude and time difference as to be detected as
a signal distinct from that of the primary signal. Echo signals can be either or lagging the primary signal and appear as reflection or ghosts.
2. EFFICIENCY
The ratio of useful power output to the power input. It is expressed as a percentage.
3. EQUALIZATION
The process of correcting losses of certain components in a signal.
4. EQUALIZER
Equipment designed to compensate for loss and delay frequency effects within a system.
